I learned a new trick this week about how to tell when it’s time to start thinking about new running shoes. Apparently, one of the signs that the cushion in a shoe is wearing out is when you can bend it in half at the toe where you would usually push off. Behold!
Clearly its time for new trail shoes! Admittedly, I knew this already because I am very hard on my shoes in many ways, but this is going to be a super handy trick for my husband who wears down the cushion in his shoes long before they pick up other kinds of damage.
